PROJECT ARCHITECT  (Erie, Cleveland and State College)

• Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Science in Architecture
• Registration required
• Computer/CADD experience with AutoCAD required, Revit, SketchUP and Adobe Creative Suite desirable
• 5 years architectural experience in developing design and construction documents

STAFF ARCHITECT I  (Erie, Cleveland and State College)

• Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Science in Architecture
• Registration desirable
• Computer/CADD experience with AutoCAD required, Revit, SketchUP and Adobe Creative Suite desirable
• 3 years architectural experience in developing design and construction documents

INTERN ARCHITECT I  (Erie, Cleveland and State College)

• Bachelor of Architecture or Bachelor of Science in Architecture
• Computer/CADD experience with AutoCAD required, Revit, SketchUP and Adobe Creative Suite desirable
• Up to 3 years architectural experience in developing design and construction documents

PROJECT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER I  (Erie)

• Prepares quantity surveys of proposed construction
• Researches and develops cost analyses on construction components and systems
• Integrate quantity survey and cost information into estimate reports
• Computer skills with scheduling, estimating and communications
• 3 years of experience as a estimator in construction

PROJECT COORDINATOR I  (Erie, State College)

• Support design and project staff with routine information gathering and disbursement
• Manages project related information including contracts, submittals, RFI’s and invoices for the project team
• Experience in design and construction office activities desirable
• Experience in computer based scheduling, estimating and communications desirable
