Since 1984 the firm has offered Construction Management and Project Development services. Our design-led integrated approach provides a unique integration of the design and construction process and we build approximately 50% of the projects we design. Our approach to construction is based on providing our clients with a single point of contact.

Construction is performed on a Cost + Fee basis, with the client reaping the benefit of all cost savings. For appropriate projects, the results are superior budget and schedule control and value. WMF also provides other general construction alternatives, including Design-Build, Fast Track, Guaranteed Maximum, Turnkey and Project Development services.
